Nothing like a vintage camera for taking vintage photographs. A few family photos taken with this camera would have a wonderful nostalgic feel. Take it on a short family vacation and make the 21st century look like the 50's. I love this post. Makes me want to hunt down an old box camera and start using it.

Lovely! You're going to have so much fun with that. The flare gives a dreamlike quality to the bikes, which is pleasing. I love all the detail on the eagle, and the penguin's downright fun. I showed your post to my husband (an old camera fanatic) and he was delighted for you ;)

A new toy - or rather an old toy that's new to you. I had one when I was in high school. It will take good photos if you live within its limitations. If I recall correctly it has a fixed shutter speed and fixed focus. This means hold still and shoot outdoors. The lens is subject to flare if aimed towards the sun. Your photo of the bike is shot with the sun to your left front and shows flare on the left side. The penguin and eagle are lit from the side and look pretty sharp.
