Signs, Signs - Ghosty Sign

Ghost Sign.jpg

Tulsa's downtown is slowly coming alive. The property owners are repurposing the older buildings and many are preserving the original signs from way back when.

Wow, signs like those bring back the memories! I'm glad they're making use of the old buildings! Great shot for the day!

Many of these old ghost signs look quite artistic and take nothing away from the current business, so it's nice to see them preserved.

I'm all for repurposing existing buildings. Even better when they keep the signage history/ghost signs.

I love the character in the old signs. I know we weren't nearly as impressed with them when we were kids, but they have aged very gracefully and now add a very nice patina to the original structure. Nicely captured.

Good to see old buildings, plus signage, being brought back to life rather than being destroyed.
