Friday Fences - Lafayette Square

The fence around Lafayette Square in New Orleans.

I hope that everybody who celebrated Thanksgiving had a good one. Me and my family sure did. Lots and lots of people, with good food, football games, and conversation.

This looks like an exciting place to stroll.

Football games???? AND that's supposed to make a good day? Not in my home it wouldn't. However, looking at the Friday Fences would more than make up for the faux pas that is football!!

Looks like that fence made a good easel.

This wrought iron fence is sporting some great decorations!

It is terrific that local artists display their talent on a fence like this. It must be great to stroll along with a friend admiring and chatting about the art and taking in the fresh air. Cheers J.

this reminds me of the artists that used to set up by the fence at Osgoode Hall in Toronto. fond memories.
