ABC Wednesday - "G" is for Geocaching!!

Those that know me know that G to me is for geocaching.http://www.geocaching.com/

I love hiding containers hidden in the woods.

And seeing what they contain!

They come in all shapes and sizes.

Some even have hair.

Favorite Cache

Some are pretty fancy.

Geocaching has taken to places with breathtaking sights.

And down long abandoned stretches of Route 66.

I've even climbed a few trees.

And has taken me to lighthouses in the middle of Oklahoma's tallgrass prairies.

I get to play with gadgets that read satellite signals.

It's great fun for families

I find that all so very interesting and fun to do with the family. Not sure I would but if I had known when our girls were young we might have partook of the fun.

Now why am I not surprised that your G is for geocaching? I've racked my brains and cannot think of anything I would choose other than ganache - I'd like that.

The thrill of the hunt. I do know some who do this. I think its a fun bonding thing to do together.
