SuperPizzaBoy Makes the Local Paper

SuperPizzaBoy and I were in Colorado visiting family when we found out that he made our Local Paper. The Tulsa World. Read all about it here.

The paper did a pretty good job. We are very proud of SPB. He has come a long way in the last few years.

Also, his school is having a fundraiser Monday night (May 18) at the Panera Bread on Cherry Street in Tulsa. Some of the kids are going to perform, including SPB himself. The restaurant is going to donate a portion of their gross proceeds, so come have a soup and sandwich.

Cute pic of Logan!
I loved the article on your family but didn't agree with lumping it together with the other two stories.

That's great you have access to a school that can help your son, living in a rural area makes it so much more difficult. But kids can and do improve with the right intervention. Very positive results!

Great story of SPB. I don't take the TW so I didn't see it. Love the picture they posted of him.

That was good article. It's one of the things I hope they find the cause of and a cure for.

Ya know, I told my wife I knew that kid in the paper. then it hit me....THAT IS SUPER PIZZA BOY!!!

She gave me that weird "get real!" look. I told her my blogging friend Yogi's son was Super Pizza Boy, and she said something about no, it was Boo Boo. I just let it go. Cannot wait to show her this post!!

I'll bet SPB was proud to see his picture in the paper, too.
Glad to hear that he's doing so well, making friends, and enjoying school.

That's some pizza! I'm a pizza lover too. I just had one for lunch. BTW, thanks for your interest on my blog. I've added you already on my blog list too.
