jen: Yep I run a little bit. Its like meditating. My method is to start slow and then taper off.

I'm always a sucker for reflections so I love this. I agree with you on running like meditation - I find it a wonderful way to concentrate the mind. I often get great ideas for classes too.
I also found your post about evolution and genesis very interesting. I can't understand why some people seem to find it necessary to perpetuate the religion/science split either, also the divide between sciences and humanities subjects in education and academia. Seems so silly to me. Anyway, enough rambling!

Sometimes looking down is as good as, or better than, looking up.
